Okeyinfu Ajayi is an Evidence Based Education Entrepreneur and Learning Strategist. She is a Nigerian, and extremely passionate about capacity development in the education and social development space because she believes that without a functional education framework and practice, nation building will be truncated. She is an experienced administrator and business process professional with over 20 years experience across several fields. She is competent in providing the vision and leadership required to ensure a high quality of program delivery for all stakeholders.

Her experiences in performance monitoring and improvement, business development, supply management and Educational Management and Training, has helped to shape her skills, preparing her for the work she currently does. These experiences have been garnered from a variety of industries including education, fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, consulting, printing & publishing services. By leveraging over 20 years of training and experience, she creates relevant connections for educators, showing teams a clear path to High Performance. She is capable of auditing school practice, providing on the spot solutions for sustainable improvement.

Her work revolves around school structure, learning strategy and business strategy. In her coaching sessions, she guides business leaders to answer these questions – How does your organization run? What are the operational, talent management and financial frameworks that ensure it can stay in business and continue to be a business for many years to come? How do you measure and replicate performance?

She has an intense passion for helping adults teach effectively and providing invaluable support to schools and children. This passion and deep love for children, led me to birth my dream in Busy Minds in 2013; a decision I am eternally grateful for. My experiences as a mum and wife helps me relate to the parents and provide services that are beneficial for the family and relevant to the society.

In her quest for a more robust and inclusive education for all children, she does some work with The Office of Education Quality Assurance, Lagos and she is of one of the Executors of The STEAM-UP Lagos Project. She also facilitates a host of school leadership and teacher training programs, aimed at raising the quality of Education and Educational Leadership and Innovation, in Nigeria and on the African Continent.

She has a proven and verifiable track record of successfully managing resources and staff to improve educational services, thereby providing pupils and teachers with the best environment to achieve their full potential. She possesses the required enthusiasm and knowledge, vision, drive and adaptability necessary to manage a modern and progressive establishment.

Ms Kaykay, as she is fondly called does not just care about the business, she cares about the business owner. In her words “For me it is not just about your Business, I care about you, the Entrepreneur, and it is my joy to help you develop capacity in ways that make scaling your business a sustainable reality”.

Besides Education, she is the founder of Kavabe Facilitators Hub, a Content Creation and New Media Management Company. She also runs Soundview Consulting, a business management consultancy firm and she sits on the board of several organizations including Beyond the Classroom Foundation, The Autism Awareness Foundation and Sharing Life Africa.

When she is not glued to a computer either reviewing curriculum, catching up with clients and mentees or creating bespoke business solutions etc, she is reading a romance novel or relaxing with a cookery show on Netflix.
